The election of the School Council members reflects our British electoral system and demonstrates democracy in action.

Before the elections pupils considered the skills needed to be a good school councillor.

Good listener.
Sensitive speaker.
Trustworthy.
Helpful.
Committed.
Reliable.
Honest.
A good role model.
Able to work in a team.
Ability to share good ideas.
Ability to discuss and not argue.
A willingness to develop skills such as confidence, communications and negotiation.

Meeting 12.10.18 

Class log book handed out and to be used when recording class information, opinions and ideas. Children to bring the book to weekly meetings.

BLSA requests –

What outdoor equipment would children like to have during playtime? BLSA would like to fund.

A wider variety of clubs have been offered this year,  however there are low numbers of children signed up. Are there any particular clubs children  would be more interested in?

Next week we will present our findings to a BLSA representative.
